This event will take place from 4–5 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch’s Grand Ballroom, located on the 4th floor. Doors open at 3:30 p.m. CT. Seating is first come, first served. We encourage attendees to arrive early. There will be pre-function activities starting at 3 p.m.

There will be an NVIDIA shuttle picking up attendees from the St. Louis Convention Center on Monday, November 17.

Schedule is as follows:

  • 2:30 p.m. - Shuttle arrives
  • 2:45 p.m. - Shuttle departs and drops to event venue
  • 3 p.m. - Shuttle arrives back to St. Louis Convention Center
  • 3:15 p.m. - Shuttle departs and drops to the venue
  • 3:30 p.m. - Last call shuttle arrives
  • 3:40 p.m. - Shuttle departs and drops to the venue
  • 5:30pm - Shuttle at venue for return back to St. Louis Convention Center
  • 5:45pm - Shuttle leaves venue for return back to St. Louis Convention Center
